Generals receive awards at the MA Educational Theater Guild Drama Festival

Sunday morning I had the pleasure of attending the semi-final round of the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild Drama Festival that was held at Norwell High School.  The Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School cast and crew presented The Water Engine – An American Fable by David Mamet.  The one act play takes place at the time of The 1934 Chicago World Fair  and weaves an interesting journey of technological progress with the story of the invention of an engine that runs on water and the power of corporate America to suppress the idea in trade for profit.
