Yesterday I met with our seniors to discuss the end of the year events, but more importantly, I reminded them about being safe and making smart decisions. We talked about Joe Castano, a college student who killed his best friend in a drinking and driving accident last week on the Endicott College Campus. Joe is not much older than our students. Reading the article about the unfortunate tragedy as a family may be a great way to open the discussion at home about how important our children are to us and how important their decisions will be.
